How to find what video file format a file is apart from the extension of the file itself? - smplayer video blinking
For example, I have an AVI file .... Play on Linux with the interface SMPlayer ... but the video does not play on Windows (VLC player ).... The audio sounds good.

I wondered about this and had little chance of an easy answer, if at all. I own files. Avi, if he is transferred. Mpeg somehow still play for real, but it can be with Nero, burned, etc., either as a single.
